Are you ready to initiate and lead the user growth and retention strategy at Buffrspace?

We desire someone who can conceive and lead experiments that will organically grow new user sign-ups, user retention and product revenue. This will involve A/B testing, data analysis with a clout for articulating user journeys and making the best of users\' feedback.

To function effectively in this role, we reckon you would have a passion for and some good experience in marketing and helping a digital business scale.

We also believe you should clearly understand paid and earned acquisition strategies, user engagement tactics and performance marketing, to effectively function in this role.

As you on-board into the role, we hope to see you display a deep knowledge of online acquisition and remarketing tactics/channels while seamlessly integrating into an energetic team of young people who are excited about the future of work.
